Golden Hued Milk from our Golden Girls.
What is A2 Milk?
Standard modern milk contains two main types of beta-casein proteins: A1 and A2.
When A1 protein is broken down it releases a protein called BCM-7, which may contribute to digestive discomfort in some individuals. A2 milk on the other hand contains only the A2 protein. Because it doesn’t produce BCM-7 during digestion, many people find it gentler on the stomach and easier to digest.

Why Reuben’s A2 Milk
Guernsey guarantee – Our milk is produced by guernsey cows that carry only the A2 gene hence produces naturally A2 milk. This is not a result of processing or modification, it is simply how these cows produce milk for generations.
Farm-to-Table Freshness: Reuben’s A2 milk is handled with the meticulous care of a specialized family farm. This preserves the delicate flavor and nutritional integrity of the milk.
Easier Digestion: Reuben’s A2 allows people to enjoy real, creamy dairy that many find easy to digest.
A Legacy of Nutrition: Since 1971, we have prioritized cow comfort and high-quality forage. Happy, healthy cows produce superior milk, it’s a simple philosophy we’ve lived by for over 50 years.
Product Quality: Our milk is rich in:
Beta Carotene – giving the milk a soft natural golden hue.
higher butterfat levels – creamier taste, fuller richer flavor.
