What Makes A2 Special
The first thing you’ll notice is the distinctive golden color nature’s indicator of superior nutrition from high beta-carotene (Vitamin A) levels in pure Guernsey milk.
But the difference goes deeper. Our cows naturally produce milk with only A2 beta-casein protein. While most commercial breeds produce both A1 and A2 proteins, this structural difference means many people find our golden-hued A2 milk easier to digest.
